2026 Annual HOA Meeting — April 15th

The Shamrock Ridge HOA Annual Homeowner Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Forney Community Center, 210 N. Bois d'Arc Street, Forney, TX.

The agenda will include: board election results, 2025 financial review, 2026 budget ratification, and open homeowner forum. All 600 households are encouraged to attend.

If you cannot attend in person, please download and complete the Annual Meeting Proxy Form and return it to the management company no later than April 10, 2026.

Spring Neighborhood Clean-Up Day — March 28th

Get ready for spring! Join your neighbors on Saturday, March 28, 2026 for our annual community clean-up. We'll be tidying up common areas, entrances, and green spaces throughout the neighborhood.

Meet at the Main Entrance, Shamrock Ridge Drive

Gloves, trash bags, and supplies will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Water and snacks will be available for volunteers.

Incentive: All volunteers who participate will be entered to win one of three $50 local restaurant gift cards, drawn at the end of the event.

Important Notice

2026 HOA Assessments — Due March 31, 2026

The 2026 annual HOA assessment notices have been mailed to all homeowners of record. Payment is due by March 31, 2026.

Payment options available:

  • Online payment portal — link provided in your mailed notice
  • Check payable to "Shamrock Ridge HOA" — mail to the management company address
  • Payment plan arrangements — contact the management company by March 15

Late fees will be assessed on balances not paid by the due date per the Assessment & Collection Policy. Hardship payment plans may be available — please contact management before the due date.

Maintenance

Common Area Irrigation System — Spring Startup

Irrigation systems for all common areas and entrance landscaping will be restarted the week of March 16, 2026. Crews will be on-site from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. You may observe maintenance vehicles near the entrance and common area green spaces.

If you notice any broken sprinkler heads or wet spots outside of scheduled irrigation times, please report them through the contact form.
